David Lester
David is a marketing and business development specialist with over 25 years experience with several major corporates and more latterly running his own business development company. He has held a number of senior roles with hands-on responsibilities for operations and marketing in financial services. This included major strategic change programmes and new product opportunities with channel partners. Companies he has worked for include Legal & General, Zurich, National Accident Helpline and General Motors.
David holds a Master of Business Administration and is an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute.
Bruce Mckinnon
Bruce specialises in brand strategy, helping organisations better communicate what they’re about. He has worked in this field for over 25 years in both Europe and the US and in that time has developed a suite of strategic tools to help brands better articulate their proposition and values. Companies he has worked with include Orange, Cafedirect, Telefonica, Canon, the UNHCR, Hampstead Tea and Gillette.
Bruce has MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Chartered Institute of Marketing post graduate diploma.
